Damaged or defective prints

If your canvas print arrives damaged in transit, or if there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.

This includes issues such as:

• Damage caused during delivery
• Printing defects
• Faulty canvas stretching
• Defective frame construction
• Other manufacturing problems

Please contact us at info@placesremembered.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
